ffmpeg can combine several frames to make a one picture?

ffmpeg can combine several frames to make a one picture? References Im working on extracting thumbnails. I extract only Iframes from Video via ffmpeg, sometimes images look crumbled cause of scramble bit. So I want to extract several frames(Include I) and combine as one. Is it possible via ffmpeg commandline?
